Why am I prompted for a license when I install CeCalWin Software?

Software licensing is standard practice for virtually all types of software. The CeCalWin license file resides on the installer CD, or if you downloaded the application, in the location to which you unzipped the installer files. The license file can be identified by the .dlf file extension.

What if the sensor is not outputting a signal?

Check the green LED on the Signal Processor Unit.
If it is illuminated while the vehicle is moving, this indicates that the sensor is in standstill mode. Check the following:Cycle power to the sensor.Is the Sensor is mounted within the nominal working range?
If not, adjust the mounting to specification.Are the Sensor lamps bright and providing ample illumination?
If not, replace as needed.Are the Sensor optics obstructed?
If so, clean the protective lens and/or mount the Sensor so that no vehicle or other components obstruct the optical path between the Sensor and the test surface.
